Camper was decent , fan/heater provided wasn’t the greatest, watched the video before picking up and made sure I had the right ball size on my hitch to find out that it was actually the wrong one , tire maintenance is solely on customer and was provided unsafe tires for travel, was called multiple days after dropping off asking when I was dropping off the camper and he said he had no record so I forwarded a picture of the texts , thankfully my trip went smoothly but overall less than 2 stars won’t be renting from here again
